why dose he say such bad things abut me

why dose he say such bad things abut me ? he says there is no place for me in his life from this and because he cannot tell me what i did wrong he says he's tired of me because my feelings are cold 
if there was some thing was wrong with me there should nothing wrong in sharing it and talking abut it 
he is not a child why does he talks this way ? im really shocked, speechless and do not know how to reply
shocked most of all because he has disappointed me if we spent our time about each otherwhat would there be left for other people to talk about
